Mental Health and wellbeing resources
Working at sea can be challenging to your mental health. The Seafarers Hospital Society provides mental health support to seafarers, fishermen and their families through our partners TogetherAll. They have created and developed self-help materials, and other helpful resources to both assist and empower you on your journey to improved mental health. These resources are available to you 24/7 and can be accessed by signing up to Togetherall here.
